摘  要:为了改善壳聚糖的水溶性,同时增加其应用范围,采用经碱处理后的壳聚糖与硅烷偶联剂γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷反应,在水浴反应釜中生成一种改性壳聚糖整理剂,并用于亚麻织物的整理。对改性壳聚糖整理剂和整理后的织物进行分析表征,通过单因素优化实验,得出反应时间为5 h,反应温度为60℃,壳聚糖与γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷的质量比为1∶3,壳聚糖与乙醇的质量比为1∶30,溶胀壳聚糖的氢氧化钠溶液质量分数为6.25%时,整理后亚麻对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌率分别为100%和99.45%。In order to improve the water solubility of chitosan and increase its application range,a modified chitosan finishing agent was prepared by reacting the alkali-treated chitosan with silane coupling agentγ-glycidoxy-propyl trimethoxy-silane in a water bath reactor and used for linen fabric finishing.The modified chitosan finishing agent and the finished fabric were characterized.Through single factor optimization experiments,it was found that the reaction time was 5 h,the reaction temperature was 60℃,the mass ratio of chitosan toγ-glycidyl ether oxypropyl trimethoxysilane was 1∶3,and the mass ratio of chitosan to ethanol was 1∶30.The inhibition rate of modified chitosan of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli was 100%and 99.45%,respectively,when the mass fraction of sodium hydroxide solution was 6.25%.
