摘  要:针对10 mm厚碳/碳复合材料缝合预制体碳纤维缝合线摩擦起毛和断裂的问题,建立机针缝合预制体的力学模型,求解机针工作时所受应力,根据所用材料的各项属性参数计算缝合机针工作的最小半径,根据机针所用碳纤维缝合线的拉伸强度及折弯半径,对机针开口弯曲半径进行求解,以减小碳纤维缝合线所受的来自于针孔处的剪切力,进而降低碳纤维缝合线的断裂风险。根据所得结果建立机针三维模型,通过ABAQUS软件对机针和缝合线进行拉伸仿真,实验结果表明:改良后的机针对碳纤维线的剪切应力降低了68.18%;所设计的机针强度、刚度以及安全系数满足工作要求;通过对针孔形状的优化设计可以降低碳纤维缝合线的磨损情况及断裂风险。In order to solve the problems of friction fuzziness and fracture of carbon fiber sutures based on 10 mm thick carbon/carbon composites,a mechanical model was established to solve the stress of mechanical needle stitching prefabricated parts,and the working radius of computer needle was calculated according to the attributes of the materials used.According to the tensile strength and bending radius of the carbon fiber sutures used by the mechanical needle,the bending radius of the needle pinhole was solved to reduce the shear force from the pinhole of the carbon fiber sutures and reduce the fracture risk.According to the results,3D model of the mechanical needle was established,and the mechanical needle and the suture were simulated by ABAQUS software.The results show that the shear stress of the improved mechanical needle is 68.18%lower than that of the existing organic carbon fiber wire.The strength,stiffness and safety factor of the designed needle meet the working requirements.The reasonable design of the pinhole shape can reduce the wear condition and fracture risk of the carbon fiber sutures.
