摘　　要：针对服饰定制方式的转型问题,以旗袍作为研究对象,创建以数据驱动和模块化设计为主的定制系统,该系统主要分为模块数据库、模块化设计、建模试衣3个版块。通过问卷调查法、跨学科研究法、实验法3种研究方法,首先完成对该系统的前期需求调研,再以MatLab软件为基础实现模块化设计,最后采用SMPL构建三维模型,测试得出该系统试衣自由度与准确性均符合要求。该系统实现了虚拟网络环境下的旗袍设计人机一体化的定制,使旗袍定制设计更加系统化、数据化,有效提高设计生产效率,节约各类资源,同时规避设计滞销风险。Aiming at the transformation of clothing customization,taking cheongsam as an example,a data-driven and modular design based customization system was created.The system mainly can be divided into three parts:module database,modular design and modeling fitting.Through questionnaire survey,interdisciplinary research and experiment methods,the preliminary demand survey of the system was completed first,and then modular design was realized based on MatLab software.Finally,SMPL was used to build a three-dimensional model,so that the freedom and accuracy of fitting met the requirements.The system realizes man-machine integration customization of cheongsam design under virtual network environment,making the custom design of cheongsam more systematic and data-oriented,effectively improving the design production efficiency,saving all kinds of resources,and avoiding the risk of unsalable design.
