摘 要:随着人们对空气质量问题的日益关注,高性能空气过滤材料逐渐成为研究热点。静电纺纳米纤维具有高比表面积、直径小、制备简单及形貌结构可控性,被认为是空气过滤领域中最具有开发潜力的材料之一。文章综述了近年来静电纺纳米纤维膜在空气过滤中的最新研究进展,系统介绍了粗糙、多孔、串珠、蛛网、褶皱、三维等结构纳米纤维的制备原理,分析和讨论了纳米纤维膜结构对过滤材料综合性能的影响,最后提出了静电纺纳米纤维膜作为空气过滤材料面临的挑战,并对其发展趋势和研究方向进行了展望,为未来制备高性能静电纺纳米纤维过滤膜提供思路。With the increasing concerns about air quality issues,high-performance air filtration materials have gradually become a research hotspot.Electrospun nanofibers,characterized by high specific surface area,small diameter,simple fabrication,and controllable morphology,are considered as one of the most promising materials in the field of air filtration.The latest research progress of electrospun nanofiber membranes in air filtration in recent years is reviewed in this article.The preparation principles of nanofibers with structures such as rough,porous,beaded,cobweb,wrinkled,and three-dimensional are systematically introduced.The influence of nanofiber membrane structures on the membranes in air filtration in recent years are analyzed and discussed.The preparation principles of nanofibers with structures such as rough,porous,beaded,cobweb,wrinkled,and three-dimensional are systematically introduced,and the influence of nanofiber membranes structures on the comprehensive performance of filtration materials are analyzed and discussed.Finally,the challenges faced by electrospun nanofiber membranes as air filtration materials are proposed,and the development trends and research directions are discussed,providing insights for the future preparation of high-performance electrospun nanofiber filtration membranes.
