摘  要:差动式挑流鼻坎因挑射出的水流上下分流,在垂直方向上存在较大的扩散,挑射水舌宽度增加幅度较大,消能效果明显,广泛应用于实际工程中。但是目前,在实际工程中针对差动式挑流鼻坎选取齿槽宽度的大小对消能效果的影响研究尚少。通过FLUENT流体计算软件,采用RNG k-ε模型并耦合VOF模型,建立挑流鼻坎数学模型,探究差动式挑流鼻坎齿槽宽度对消能效果的影响。结果表明:选取齿槽宽度为5m时,水流流态较好、水舌挑距远离水工建筑物、下游断面最大速度和下游断面平均流速偏小、下游河道底部压强较小,满足工程需求;随着差动式挑流鼻坎齿槽宽度的缩小,下游河道水流流态更加紊乱,外缘挑距和水舌宽度增大,内缘挑距缩小;齿槽宽度的变化与下游河道断面最大流速、平均流速、下游河道底部压强并无明显关系。研究结果可为今后类似工程中差动式挑流鼻坎的宽度选取提供参考。The differential nozzle is widely used in practical engineering because the water discharged from the nozzle is divided up and down,and there is a large diffusion in the vertical direction.The width of the nozzle increases greatly,and the energy dissipation effect is obvious.However,there are few studies on the influence of the width of the selected tooth slot on the energy dissipation effect of the differential nose riser in practical engineering.By using the fluid computing software FLUENT,RNG k-εmodel coupled with the VOF model,the mathematical model of the pick nose sills was established to explore the influence of the width of the teeth of the differential pick nose sills on the energy dissipation effect.The results show that:When the groove width is 5m,the water flow pattern is good,the tongue is far away from the hydraulic structure,the maximum and average velocity of the downstream section are small,and the pressure at the bottom of the downstream river is small,which can meet the engineering requirements.With the reduction of the width of the teeth groove of the differential pick nose sash,the flow pattern of the downstream river is more chaotic,the outer pick distance and the width of the water tongue increase,and the inner pick distance narrows.There is no significant relationship between the width of the groove and the maximum and average velocity of the downstream channel section,and the pressure at the bottom of the downstream channel.The research results can provide a reference for the width selection of similar projects.
