摘  要:随着全球气温升高,北极海冰消融,北极航道的通航船舶逐年增加,航运价值日益凸显。为了探究影响北极海上救援效率的影响因素,提升北极海上救援效率,基于FISM-MICMAC方法,在识别影响北极海上救援效率因素的基础上,运用FISM模型分析不同的影响因素之间的影响机理,采用MICMAC方法考察各影响因素的驱动力和依赖性。结果表明,北极极端的自然条件和复杂的气候特征是影响北极海上救援效率的主要因素,不同的因素之间也会相互影响,各影响因素自身的驱动力和依赖性也存在显著差异。With the rise of global temperature and the melting of Arctic sea ice,the navigable ships in the Arctic route have increased year by year,and the shipping value has become increasingly prominent.In order to explore the factors affecting the efficiency of maritime rescue in the Arctic and improve the efficiency of maritime rescue in the Arctic,based on the FISM-MICMAC method,and on the basis of identifying the factors affecting the efficiency of maritime rescue in the Arctic,FISM model is used to analyze the influence mechanism among different influencing factors,and MICMAC method is used to investigate the driving force and dependence of each influencing factor.The results show that the extreme natural conditions and complex climate characteristics of the Arctic are the main factors affecting the efficiency of maritime rescue in the Arctic,and different factors will also affect each other,and the driving force and dependence of each influencing factor are also significantly different.
