摘 要:分布式电源(DG)的大量接入导致系统短路容量增大并伴随着“误送电”、“孤岛可靠性”等作业安全风险,有源配电网下的运行检修工作面临新的挑战。将分布式电源分为旋转电机型和逆变型两类,分别考虑了在低压侧开展检修工作时中压DG、低压DG误送电典型情况。根据叠加定理,计算由于误操作、故障等在短路接地线上产生的短路电流以及在工作点附近的残压大小,分析两种典型情况下检修作业安全性,并基于奥迪道克公式选取合适的短路接地线截面积,最后提出可靠、安全的接地措施。通过在实际案例中进行验证应用,说明了分析的合理性和方法的可行性。The high penetration of distributed generation(DG)results inthe increase of short-circuit capacity in system and the safety risks of operation such as"Wrong power supply"and"Islanding".The active distribution network is facing new challenges.The distributed generation is divided into two types,which are generator-connected and inverter-connected.Considering typical cases that the anti-misopeartion of DG from medium-voltage side and low-voltage side when the staff services inlow-voltage systems.According to the superposition theorem,the short-circuit current generated at the grounding device due to misoperation or device reasons and the residual voltage at work side is calculated.Meanwhile,the safety of each maintenance under two typical conditions is analyzed.The cross-sectional area of the grounding device is selected by using the Ondendonks formula preliminarily.Finally,the author provides reliable safe grounding measures.The feasibility of this method and the reasonability of this analysis are illustrated by the application in a practical case.
