摘 要:石墨接地体添加火花刺可以有效降低冲击接地电阻,为研究方框带外延线型石墨接地装置添加火花刺的降阻规律,从电磁场角度出发,建立了考虑电感效应、集肤效应和火花效应有限元分析模型,系统分析了火花刺的长度、位置和间距对方框带外延线石墨接地体冲击接地电阻的影响,并设计试验进行了验证。结果表明:方框带外延线型石墨接地装置射线端添加火花刺可以增加散流通道进而有效降低冲击接地阻抗。该试验条件下,受端部效应的影响,火花刺应布置在射线长度的1/3-7/10处;受屏蔽效应的影响,火花刺长度的最优值约为射线长度的0.1-0.25倍,火花刺间隔的最优值为火花刺长度的0.9-1.1倍。Adding spark spikes to graphite grounding body can effectively reduce impulse grounding resistance.In order to study the resistance reduction law of square strip epitaxial graphite grounding device with spark spikes,a finite element analysis model considering inductance effect,skin effect and spark effect are established from the perspective of electromagnetic field.The influence of location and spacing on the impulse grounding resistance of graphite grounding body with square strip epitaxial line is analyzed and verified by design tests.The results show that adding spark spikes at the ray end of the square strip epitaxial graphite grounding device can increase the dispersion channel and effectively reduce the impulse grounding impedance.Under the experimental conditions,the spark spikes should be arranged at 1/3-7/10 of the ray length due to the end effect;Affected by the shielding effect,the optimal length of the spark spike is about 0.1-0.25 times of the ray length,and the optimal interval of the spark spike is 0.9-1.1 times of the spark spike length.
