摘 要:输电线路复合横担铁塔能有效提高其风偏闪络、鸟粪闪络和覆冰闪络性能,降低杆塔高度和提高导线对地距离等优点,在特高压输电线路中得到了实际的运用。但根据现场运行经验,发现复合横担铁塔斜拉绝缘子的均压环固定螺栓有轻微电腐蚀,可能是由于该处电场强度较高,在一定的环境条件下易发生电晕放电。因此建立了±800 kV直流输电线路复合横担铁塔三维仿真模型,研究了双均压环结构下大均压环管径、环外径和抬高距对斜拉复合绝缘子、支柱复合绝缘子、均压环和固定螺栓表面的电场分布的影响。根据绝缘层和金具表面控制电场强度要求值对大均压环结构参数进行优化设计,然后按照优化方案对实际线路进行了改造,现场运行情况良好。本结果可供±800 kV直流输电线路复合横担塔斜拉绝缘子均压环的运行、维护和改造提供参考。The transmission line composite cross-arm tower can effectively improve its performance of windage flashover,bird dung flashover and icing flashover,reduce the height of the tower and improve the distance between the conductor and the ground.It has been applied in UHV transmission lines.However,according to the field operation experience,it is found that the fixed bolts of the voltage-grading ring of the composite cross-arm tower oblique tension insulator have slight electric corrosion,which may be due to the high electric field strength at this place and the corona discharge is prone to occur under certain environmental conditions.Therefore,the author establishes a three-dimensional simulation model of±800 kV DC transmission line composite cross-arm tower,and studies the influence of large ring diameter,ring diameter and lifting distance on the electric field distribution on the surface of inclined composite insulator,pillar composite insulator,voltage sharing ring and fixed bolt under double voltage sharing ring structure.According to the requirements of the electric field intensity of the insulation layer and the surface of the fittings,the structural parameters of the large average pressure ring are optimized.Then the actual line is reformed according to the optimization scheme,and the field operation is good.The study results can provide reference for the operation,maintenance and transformation of±800 kV DC transmission line composite crossbar.
