摘  要:针对在运换流变压器网侧套管的难点,研制换流变压器网侧550 kV环氧树脂浸纸套管。首先结合IEC 60137相关要求明确环氧树脂浸纸套管电气参数,提出绝缘厚度增加15%、油侧长度增加200 mm的涉及方案;然后分别用等裕度、等电容、等厚度3种方法进行电容芯体结构计算;最后对研制套管进行绝缘配合校核计算。结果表明:通过优化极板布置,简化了界面结构,使运行电压下套管油侧径向E_(max)从4.0 kV/mm降至3.2 kV/mm,轴向E_(max)由0.51 kV/mm降至0.35 kV/mm,从根本上解决了油侧轴向爬电问题;其电容芯体绝缘可以承受870 kV工频电压及1800 kV的雷电冲击电压;安装环氧树脂胶浸纸绝缘套管后,换流变压器网侧出线装置可以承受680 kV工频电压及1550 kV雷电冲击电压。In view of the pain point in the operation of the bushing at the grid side of the converter transformer,550 kV epoxy resin impregnated paper bushing at the grid side of the converter transformer is developed.Firstly,according to IEC 60137 requirements,the electrical parameters of epoxy resin paper-impregnated bushing are defined,and the scheme is proposed to increase the insulation thickness by 15%and length of oil side by 200 mm.Then,the methods of equal margin,equal capacitance and equal thickness are used to calculate the capacitance core structure.Finally,the insulation coordination calculation is carried out for the developed bushing.The results indicate that the interface structure is simplified by optimizing the plate layout,which reduces the radial E_(max) from 4.0 kV/mm to 3.2 kV/mm and the axial E_(max) from 0.51 kV/mm to 0.35 kV/mm at the oil side of the bushing under the same operating voltage,which fundamentally solves the axial creepage problem at the oil side.The capacitor core insulation of epoxy paper-impregnation sleeve can withstand 870 kV power frequency voltage and 1800 kV lightning impulse voltage.After the installation of epoxy resin impregnated paper insulation bushing,the outlet device of converter transformer can withstand 680 kV power frequency voltage and 1550 kV lightning impulse voltage.
