摘  要:某220 kV变电站GIS瓷套管多次发生爆裂事故,为明确事故原因,通过宏观检查,工业CT扫描,孔隙性试验等技术手段,从材料、环境和结构等方面分析讨论了故障成因。发现爆裂的瓷套变径处瓷柱主体存在局部修补痕迹。结果表明:瓷套主体修补过深是事故主因,次因是由于瓷件和填充物间膨胀系数的不同,修补处存在应力集中,受夏季高温潮湿环境下日照的影响,GIS母线连接管道发生线性轴向膨胀,该线性膨胀力受构架约束,最终在瓷套管沿面力传播不均衡的修补处得到释放。The GIS porcelain bushing of a 220 kV substation has experienced multiple burst accidents.In order to clarify the cause of the accident,technical means such as macroscopic inspection,industrial CT scanning,and porosity testing were used to analyze and discuss the cause of the fault from the aspects of materials,environment,and structure.It was found that there were repair marks on the cracked porcelain bushing.The results show that:the main cause of the accident is that the main body of the porcelain bushing is repaired too deeply,and the secondary cause is due to the different expansion coefficients between the porcelain parts and the filling material.There is stress concentration at the repair site,and due to the influence of sunlight in the high temperature and humid environment in summer,the GIS busbar connection pipeline undergoes linear axial expansion.This linear expansion force is constrained by the framework,and ultimately is released at the repair site where the porcelain sleeve propagates unevenly along the surface force.
