添加剂和超声对阿哌沙班晶体形貌的影响

摘  要:通过偏光显微镜观察了12种添加剂对阿哌沙班晶体形貌的影响,通过粉末X射线衍射对结晶产物的晶型进行鉴定,并借助于二维在线成像系统监测不同添加剂作用下阿哌沙班晶体形貌的变化。结果发现,12种添加剂中,羟丙基甲基纤维素、醋酸纤维素、木质素磺酸钠和聚丙烯酸4种添加剂对阿哌沙班溶析结晶产物的形貌产生影响,得到棒状晶体,并且超声也可以改变阿哌沙班形貌得到棒状晶体。同时通过粉末X射线衍射得到的阿哌沙班晶体图谱与文献中的XRD图谱做对比,发现本实验中的阿哌沙班晶型为N-1晶型。The effects of 12 additives on the crystal morphology of Apixaban were observed by polarizing microscope.The crystal morphology of the crystal products was identified by powder X-ray diffraction,and the crystal morphology of Apixaban under the action of different additives was monitored by two-dimensional online imaging system.The results showed that among the 12 additives,hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose,cellulose acetate,sodium lignosulfonate and polyacrylic acid had an effect on the morphology of Apixaban dissolved crystal products,and the morphology of Apixaban could be changed by ultrasound to obtain rod-like crystals.At the same time,the Apixaban crystal pattern obtained by powder X-ray diffraction is compared with the XRD pattern in the literature,and it is found that the Apixaban crystal form in this experiment is N-1 crystal form.
