摘  要:桑黄是一种具有悠久使用历史的药用真菌,含有的多糖、黄酮、三萜、多酚等活性物质,有很高的药用价值,现代药理学证实其所含的某些活性物质在抗肿瘤方面具有良好的效果。首先测定了11个不同来源的桑黄样品(SH-11、SH-12、SH-13、SH-14、SH-15、SH-16、SH-17、SH-18、SH-19、SH-20、SH-21)中的多糖、黄酮、三萜、多酚的含量,综合对比不同样品中的活性成分含量,筛选出一株富含上述活性成分的菌株SH-18,多酚、多糖、黄酮含量最高,三萜含量较高,分别达到了(19.58±1.044)、(96.35±9.01)、(17.08±0.29)、(9.1±0.14) mg/g,且该菌为野生来源。之后对其进行了分离纯化及分子鉴定,经鉴定SH-18为一株粗毛纤孔菌(Inonotus hispidus)。同时优化了活性物质的浸提方法,发现体积分数为70%乙醇对上述活性成分浸提效率较高。I.hispidus is a medicinal fungus with a long history of utilization.Its active substances such as polysaccharides,flavonoids,triterpenes and polyphenols have great medicinal value.Modern pharmacology has confirmed that some of these active substances have good effects on anti-tumor.In this study,the contents of polysaccharides,flavonoids,triterpenes and polyphenols in 11 samples of I.hispidus from different sources,(SH-11,SH-12,SH-13,SH-14,SH-15,SH-16,SH-17,SH-18,SH-19,SH-20 and SH-21)were determined.The SH-18 with the highest content of polyphenols,polysaccharides,flavonoids and high content of triterpenes was selected(19.58±1.044),(96.35±9.01),(17.08±0.29),(9.1±0.14)mg/g respectively.Finally,the SH-18 was identified as a strain of I.hispidus.The extraction method of the above active substances for I.hispidus was also optimized that 70%ethanol solution was beneficial to the extraction of the active substances.
