摘 要:通过CFD对某敞篷车座舱流场进行了数值仿真研究,分析了敞篷车在不同速度下的座舱流场变化特征,并监测人耳处的气动噪声。研究发现,座舱两侧气流会从座椅后方卷入座舱,并以两乘员人体为中心形成涡旋;座舱后背存在逆向回流并与前风挡分离的气流在座舱上方发生碰撞形成涡脱,该涡脱逐渐向座舱内发展。人耳处的噪声监测发现,外耳A计权声压级比内耳A计权声压级大5 dBA左右;通过声品质参数的客观评价发现,敞篷车气动噪声具有响度较大、尖锐度较小(“粗犷”)的声源特性。CFD is used to carry out numerical simulation research on the cockpit flow field of a convertible,and the variation characteristics of the cockpit flow field of the convertible at different speeds are analyzed,and the aerodynamic noise at the human ear is monitored.The study finds that the air flow on both sides of the cockpit will be swept into the cockpit from behind the seat and form a vortex centered on the human bodies of the two occupants.The air flow behind the cockpit that reverses back and separates from the front windshield collides above the cockpit to form a vortex,which gradually develops into the cockpit.Noise monitoring in the human ear finds that the A-weighted sound pressure level of the outer ear is about 5 dBA greater than that of the A-weighted sound pressure level of the inner ear.Through the objective evaluation of sound quality parameters,it is found that the aerodynamic noise of convertible has the characteristics of louder and less sharp(“rough”)sound source.
