摘 要:为了探讨气凝胶改性聚酯纤维混纺针织物的服用性能,本文探讨了气凝胶改性聚酯纤维的结构,对比分析了改性前后聚酯纤维与棉混纺纱的特性,并利用其进行纬平针织物试织,分析了对应织物的性能变化规律,结果表明:气凝胶改性聚酯纤维表面存在明显的颗粒层结构,且随着混纺织物中聚酯纤维含量的增加,气凝胶改性聚酯/棉、聚酯/棉混纺针织物的顶破性能均先降低后提升,而透气性、透湿性、吸水性、保温性及悬垂性则整体变差;气凝胶改性聚酯/棉混纺针织物的透气性、透湿性、吸水性及保温性优于聚酯/棉混纺针织物,而顶破性能及悬垂性较聚酯/棉混纺针织物差,二者起毛起球性能基本一致。试样综合服用性能最佳的混纺比为20/80。In order to explore the wearing properties of aerogel modified polyester fiber blended knitted fabrics,this paper discusses the structure of aerogel-modified polyester fibers.The characteristics of polyester fiber and cotton blended yarn before and after modification are compared and analyzed,and the trial weaving of weft flat knitted fabric is carried out with it,and the performance change rules of corresponding fabric are analyzed.The results show that there is an obvious particle layer structure on the surface of the aerogel-modified polyester fiber,and with the increase of polyester fiber content in blended fabrics,the bursting properties of the aerogel-modified polyester/cotton and polyester/cotton blended knitted fabrics first decreased and then increased,and the air permeability,moisture permeability,water absorption,thermal insulation and drapability become worse as a whole.The air permeability,moisture permeability,water absorption and heat preservation of the aerogel-modified polyester/cotton blended knitted fabric are better than those of polyester/cotton blended knitted fabric,while the bursting performance and drapability are worse than those of polyester/cot ton blended knitted fabric.The anti-pilling performance of the two is basically the same.The best blending ratio is 20/80.
