摘 要:消防员在进行各类抢险救灾、消防灭火任务过程中,经常被火场或救援现场中的各类水渍、固体污渍、油剂等物质污染,常规洗涤方式难以完全去除污渍,严重影响消防队伍的整体形象和服装的使用寿命。基于消防服面料在特种环境使用过程中沾染的各类污渍难以洗涤去除的问题,运用织物设计及后整理工艺改进提升的方法,研究设计开发出防污易去污消防服面料。根据试验研究,防污易去污消防服面料在满足XF10-2014标准要求的性能基础上,增加了防污易去污功能,可以有效改善以往消防服容易沾污及污渍难以去除的问题。In the process of various rescue and disaster relief and fire fighting tasks,firefighters are often polluted by various wate r stains,solid stains,oils and other substances in the fire site or the rescue site.Routine washing method is difficult to completely remove stains,which seriously affects the overall image of the fire team and the service life of the clothing.Based on the problem that al l kinds of stains stained in the use of fire clothing fabric in the special environment,using the method of fabric design and finishing process,the anti-pollution and decontamination fire clothing fabric was designed and developed.According to the experimental study,the fabri c of the anti-pollution decontamination fire clothing is added to meet the performance requirements of XF 10-2014 standard,which effectively improves the previous fire clothing is easy to stain and difficult to remove stains.
