摘　　要：本文基于高质量发展理论,研究湖北省冰雪旅游产业的困境和未来发展的对策。通过界定冰雪旅游产业高质量发展的概念,探讨湖北省冰雪旅游产业高质量发展的逻辑机理,指出湖北省冰雪旅游产业高质量发展的困境。在此基础上,提出了湖北省冰雪旅游产业高质量发展的对策,包括:提高产品竞争力,树立品牌形象;加强人才培养,推进智库建设;发掘文化内涵,加大普及冰雪运动;多渠道发力,积极应对外省挑战;科学规划管理,加强环境保护。研究表明,湖北省冰雪旅游产业虽然起步晚,但具有较大的发展潜力和市场前景,实现高质量发展需要政府、企业和社会各界的合作和努力。Based on the theory of high-quality development,this paper studies the dilemma and future development countermeasures of ice and snow tourism industry in Hubei Province.Firstly,by defining the concept of high-quality development of ice and snow tourism industry,this paper discusses the logical mechanism of high-quality development of ice and snow tourism industry in Hubei Province,and points out the dilemma of high-quality development of ice and snow tourism industry in Hubei Province.Finally,it puts forward the countermeasures for the high-quality development of ice and snow tourism industry in Hubei Province,including:improving product competitiveness and establishing brand image;strengthen personnel training and promote the construction of think tanks;to explore the cultural connotation and increase the popularization of ice and snow sports;multi-channel efforts,and actively respond to external challenges;scientific planning and management,strengthen environmental protection.The research shows that although the ice and snow tourism industry in Hubei Province started late,it has great development potential and market prospects.To achieve hig h-quality development requires the cooperation and efforts of the government,enterprises and all sectors of society.
