摘 要:新型结构清污双向门式启闭机的清污装置与拦污栅共用一个门槽清污,清污倾斜角度为76°,并采用清污滑车运送清污抓斗的特殊结构。文中通过多方面的技术研究,在设计中采取一系列关键技术及工艺措施,解决了清污装置与拦污栅共用一个门槽集抓斗的起升/开合于一体的起升系统布置、各机构间的同步性及工序衔接的准确性控制等技术难点,并在水电行业内首次设计采用该新型结构形式。The cleaning device and trash rack of a new bidirectional gantry crane share a gate slot when cleaning,with a cleaning inclination angle of 76 degrees,and the cleaning grab is transported by the cleaning pulley.In this paper,through various technical researches,a series of key technologies and technological measures were adopted in the design,which solved the technical difficulties such as the layout of the hoisting system,the synchronization between institutions and the accuracy control of process connection,etc.,in which the cleaning device and the trash rack share a gate slot,and the application and design of this gantry crane with new structure are introduced for the first time in the hydropower industry.
