摘 要:轮边制动器是岸边集装箱起重机防风装置的常见形式,在防范阵风灾害方面发挥重要作用。文中对岸边集装箱起重机轮边制动器摩擦片不均匀磨损检验案例进行研究,首先通过厚度测量发现摩擦片外侧磨损量大于内侧;然后对制动过程中摩擦片的运动位置分析,随位弹簧失效导致开闸时制动退距出现偏差;制动闸瓦自身重力引起偏摆,使得制动时摩擦片内、外侧与车轮无法同步接触,造成两侧的制动时间和接触压力不同,最终引起摩擦片磨损不均。对随位弹簧进行断裂失效分析,最终对轮边制动器的检查和维护保养提出建议。Wheel brake is a common type of windproof device of quayside container,and plays an important role in preventing gust disasters.During the regular inspection of the quayside container crane,the case of uneven wear of wheel brake friction plate is analyzed.Firstly,it was found by thickness measurement that the wear amount of the outer side of the friction plate was greater than the inner side.Then the motion position of the friction plate in the braking process is analyzed.The results show that the spring failure leads to the deviation of the brake retreat distance when the brake is opened.The brake shoe's own gravity causes the yaw,which makes the inside and outside of the friction plate cannot contact with the wheel at the same time during braking.That is the main reason for uneven wear of friction plate.Next,the reason of spring fracture failure is expounded.Finally,suggestions for improvement of inspection and maintenance of wheel brake are put forward.
