摘 要:为研究制备工艺中烧结温度对富锂正极材料电化学性能的影响,以共沉淀法合成的(Mn_(2/3)Co_(1/6)Ni_(1/6))CO_(3)为前驱体,氢氧化锂为锂源,分别在900℃和950℃下高温烧结制得两种富锂三元正极Li_(1.2)Mn_(0.54)Ni_(0.13)Co_(0.13)O_(2)材料。利用X射线单晶衍射对所得材料结构进行表征,并将其组装成锂离子电池进行电化学性能研究实验。结果表明,与900℃制备的样品相比,950℃所得样品具有较高的首圈库仑效率(66.68%)和良好的容量保持率(循环50圈后63.6%),并具有优异的电化学性能。该研究结果为改善三元富锂正极材料性能提供了一定的参考,同时还可作为新能源专业本科生课程实验的内容。Li-rich layer-structured cathode materials have drawn much attention because of the high theoretical specific capacity and higher operating voltage.However,they still suffer from poor cycling stability and deficient rate capability,which restricts commercial application.To study the effect of different sintering temperatures on the electrochemical performance,(Mn_(2/3)Co _(1/6)Ni_(1/6))CO_(3) and LiOH are designed in this experiment as the precursor or lithium source,respectively.And the Li-rich Li_(1.2)Mn_(0.54)Ni_(0.13)Co_(0.13)O_(2) cathode materials are prepared by high-temperature sintering.The structure and electrochemical performance of the samples are characterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction and galvanostatic charge-discharge tests.The results demonstrate that the sample sintered under 950℃ delivers a higher initial coulombic efficiency of 66.68% and capacity retention of 63.6% compared with S-900℃.This result can provide an important technical guidance for enhancing the property of Li-rich layer-structured cathode materials.And it also can be considered as one of new energy experiments for undergraduates,aiming to improvethe students’experimental operation ability.
