摘  要:结合锂的需求导向和科学研究热点,设计了基于工艺矿物学分析的黏土型锂矿提锂实验。通过化学多元素分析、XRD、BPMA、SEM-EDS等分析测试及特性表征手段对贵州某黏土型锂矿进行了工艺矿物学分析。采用(NH4)2SO4焙烧—酸浸提锂工艺,利用正交实验研究焙砂的制备条件对锂浸出率的影响;利用单因素实验研究不同浸出条件对锂浸出率的影响。结果表明,在65%颗粒粒度<45μm、(NH_(4))_(2)SO_(4)用量50%(质量分数)、焙烧温度400℃、焙烧时间110 min、4%(质量分数) H_(2)SO_(4)作浸出剂、液固比4∶1、浸出时间100 min条件下,锂的浸出率达到90.19%,实现了锂的高效提取。该实验研究为此类黏土型锂矿资源高效提锂提供一条新思路。Combined with the demand orientation of lithium resources and the hot topics of scientific research,an experiment of lithium extraction from clay-type lithium ore is designed based on process mineralogy analysis.The process mineralogy of a clay-type lithium ore in Guizhou is analyzed by means of chemical multi-element analysis,XRD,BPMA,SEM-EDS and other analytical tests and characteristic methods.The(NH_(4))_(2)SO_(4) roasting-acid leaching process is used in the experiment.The influence of calcine preparation conditions on lithium leaching rate is studied by orthogonal experiment,the influence of different leaching conditions on lithium leaching rate is studied by a single factor method.The experimental results show that the leaching rate of lithium reaches 90.19%when the particle size is-0.045 mm accounting for 65%,the amount of(NH_(4))_(2)SO_(4) is 50%,the roasting temperature is 400℃,the roasting time is 110 min,4% H_(2)SO_(4) is used as the leaching agent,the liquid-solid ratio is 4∶1,and the leaching time is 100 min.The research of this technology provides a new way to efficiently extract lithium from such clay-type lithium resources.
