摘 要:为对水汽取样装置的仪表进行超温保护,设计了形状记忆合金驱动的机械式关断阀,包括其整体结构和零部件。该关断阀阀体及大部分零部件采用316 L不锈钢制作,用温度灵敏度高的NiTi形状记忆合金作为驱动弹簧来控制阀门的开启和闭合。对形状记忆合金弹簧进行了力学计算和尺寸参数设计。将原始长度为73 mm的驱动弹簧加热到950℃保温20 min,经快速冷却获得马氏体组织,在室温下把马氏体组织状态下的驱动弹簧压缩到51 mm,装入阀体。试验测试的结果表明:在正常温度下,弹簧长度不变化,阀门通畅,可以取水样。当温度超过49℃时,驱动弹簧伸长推动阀芯与凸环接触,阀门关闭,停止取水样;需再取水样时,按压另一端的按钮即可恢复阀门畅通。关断阀在断电的情况下也能工作,安全可靠。In order to protect the instrument of water vapor sampling device from overheating,the structural design and parts of a shut-off valve driven by the shape memory alloy is designed.It can be applied in the water and steam sampling device of a thermal power plant.A NiTi shape memory alloy with high temperature-sensitivity is used as the driven spring to control the opening and closing of the valve and 316 L stainless steel is used to manufacture the other parts.The mechanical calculation and size-parameters design of the driven spring are also carried out.The driving spring with original length of 73 mm is heated to 950℃for 20 minutes,and then is rapidly cooled to obtain martensitic structure.The driven spring in martensitic structure state is compressed to 51 mm at room temperature,and installed into the valve body.The valve is unimpeded and can take water-steam samples under the normal state.When the temperature exceeds 49℃,the driving spring tends to restore the length of the original austenitic state and stretches to push the valve core to contact the convex ring,making the valve close.When it is necessary to take water-steam samples again,it can be reset manually.The button at the other end is pressed and the valve is unblocked.The designed shut-off valve is completely mechanical valve,which can also work in case of power failure,and is safe and reliable.
