摘 要:为满足经济社会对冶金自动化人才的需求,结合新工科背景下学生解决复杂工程能力培养要求,设计开发了精轧自动厚度控制(AGC)实验虚拟仿真系统。该实验以实际工程为背景,包括精轧AGC系统的控制原理认知、控制系统设计与实现和控制过程研究,能由浅入深系统地培养学生的工程认知、工程建模与设计、工程研究与创新能力。为自动化生产线实训等实验实践课程提供学科特色的高质量实践教学资源,有助于冶金自动化领域复合创新型人才的培养。实验考核评价以学生实验成果为导向,有利于调动学生的实验积极性和主动性,切实提高实验教学效果和质量。In order to meet the demand of the economic society for metallurgical automation talents,a virtual simulation experiment for the automatic gauge control(AGC)of the finish rolling system is designed and developed,which is combined with the cultivation requirements of students’ability to solve complex engineering problems under the new engineering background.This experiment is designed based on the practical engineering problems,and includes three modules:the recognition of the control principle,the design and implementation of the control system and the research of the control process for the AGC system.It can systematically cultivate students’engineering recognition,engineering modeling and design,engineering research innovation and other abilities,and provide high-quality practical teaching resources that reflect the discipline characteristics of the school for experimental practice courses such as automatic production line training.It is helpful to cultivate compound innovative talents in the field of metallurgical automation.The experimental assessment and evaluation is guided by the students’experimental results,which is conducive to mobilize the students’enthusiasm and initiative in the experiment,and can effectively improve the experimental teaching effect and quality.
