摘 要:在新工科背景下,对实验室的运行展开有效评估是激发师生创新意识,保障工科实验教学效果的关键。为了提高西藏高校工科实验室的运行水平,提出一种层次分析法与模糊评价法相结合的综合评价方法。首先从区域特色性和指标有效性两个方面明确工科实验室运行评估的原则,其次采用模糊层次分析法从管理模式、基本条件、教学过程和教学效果4个方面构建评估体系对西藏高校工科实验室运行展开评估。评估结果表明其运行水平处于中级阶段。鉴于此,从制度保障、条件强化、过程优化和效果提高提出改善西藏工科实验室运行的措施,为实现西藏高校对工科实验室进行全方位管理和满足新工科教育发展提供有效的依据。Under the background of new engineering education,effective evaluation of laboratory operations is the key to stimulate students’sense of innovation and ensure the effectiveness of engineering practical teaching.In order to master the operation level of engineering laboratories in Tibetan universities,a comprehensive evaluation method is proposed by combining analytic hierarchy method and fuzzy evaluation method.Firstly,the principles of engineering laboratory operation evaluation are clarified from the two aspects of regional characteristics and indicator validity.Secondly,the fuzzy hierarchical analysis method is adopted to construct an evaluation system from four aspects:management mode,basic conditions,teaching process and teaching effect.The results show that its level of operation is in the intermediate stage.In view of this,from the system guarantee,condition strengthening,process optimization and effect improvement,measures,this paper proposes meausres to improve the operation of Tibetan engineering laboratories.It can provide effective foundations for Tibetan universities to manage engineering laboratory comprehensively and meet the development of new engineering education.
