摘　　要：习近平总书记强调铸牢中华民族共同体意识对高质量民族工作的引领作用,能促使民族工作人员在日常工作中自觉扛起铸牢中华民族共同体意识的使命。中华民族共同体为各民族的交流交融、守望相助提供了连续性的故土和历史空间。高品质民族工作境界不仅可以提高人民的道德水平,抵御各种极端势力、分离主义,构筑思想的钢铁长城,也可以为人们更好地生活在一起提供良好的政治制度环境。这些都有助于中国人民形成有共同利益基础的有机共同体。General Secretary XI Jin-ping emphasizes the leading role of casting a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation in conducting high-quality ethnic work,which means the ethnic work staff at all levels should consciously shoulder the responsibility of casting a strong sense of community of the Chinese nation in their routine,regular work.The Chinese Nation Community provides a sustainable and historical space for the communication,convergence and cooperation of all Chinese peoples.The high-quality ethnic work enables not only improving the ethical level of the people,but also resisting all kinds of extremist and separatist violence,and contributes to constructing a strong ideological shield against unfavorable occurrences.Besides,it could provide a good political institutional environment for the Chinese,helping them form an organic community based on common interests.
