摘  要:以钢铁厂中低热值煤气为燃料的燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组,其煤气压缩系统的中间冷却器会释放大量热量。通过把煤气压缩系统与常规联合循环热力系统整合优化,充分利用了煤气压缩系统中间冷却的热量。模拟计算结果表明,该优化方案可以提高联合循环系统综合能量利用率。研究成果可为含煤气压缩中间冷却器的联合循环机组热力系统的设计及优化提供参考。A large amount of heat is released from intercooler of coal gas compression system in combined cycle units,where the coal gas with low heat value produced in steel works is used as fuel.By integrating the coal gas compression system with the combined cycle thermodynamic system,the heat of intercooler in the coal gas compression system can be fully utilized.The simulation results show that the optimization scheme can improve the comprehensive energy utilization rate of the combined cycle system.The research results can provide reference for the design and optimization of thermodynamic system in combined cycle units with coal gas compression intercooler.
