摘 要:结垢故障是工业汽轮机运行中的常见故障,对汽轮机的性能、安全性有着重大的影响。为了研究结垢的原因、过程以及影响因素,模拟结垢的产生,利用Simscape语言对汽轮机通用模块进行了修改,重构了朗肯循环模型,并对模型正确性进行了验证。以此进行了结垢故障的仿真模拟,结果表明该模型可以对结垢的产生过程进行仿真。研究成果为后续结垢故障的检测研究提供了工具。Fouling is a common fault in operation of industrial steam turbines,and it has a significant impact on the performance and safety of steam turbines.In order to study the cause,process and influencing factors of fouling,the Simscape language was adopted to modify the general module of steam turbine and reconstruct the Rankine cycle model.Based on this,the generation of fouling was simulated,and the correctness of the model was verified.The feasibility of this model has been verified by simulation results,and a tool for subsequert detection and research of fouling fault is provided.
