摘  要:某型燃气轮机在实际运行过程中,出现了引射空气不足问题,造成箱装体超温报警。从冷却空气引射原理出发,提出缩小排气蜗壳出口面积来增大引射量。建立了3种排气蜗壳出口模型并进行了数值仿真计算,结果表明冷却空气引射量随排气蜗壳出口面积的减小而增加。通过实验验证了仿真计算方法的正确性,同时验证了排气蜗壳出口面积的缩小可增加引射空气量,但这会同时导致排烟压力升高,使燃气轮机热效率降低,其工程实际应用需综合考虑各方面因素。During the operation of a gas turbine,it is observed that the injected cooling air is insufficient,thereby resulting in the over-temperature alarm of the container.Based on the principle of cooling air injection,it is proposed to increase the inject amount by reducing the outlet area of exhaust volute.Three models of exhaust volute outlet are established,and numerical simulation is conducted.The calculation results show that the cooling air inject increases with the decrease of exhaust volute outlet area.The correctness of this simulation method and the effect of decreasing the exhaust volute outlet area are verified by experiments.However,this method will also bring about the increase of exhaust gas pressure and the decrease of thermal efficiency in gas turbine.Therefore,its engineering application should be considered comprehensively.
