摘  要:电液伺服阀是液压控制系统当中的关键部件,而零偏是伺服阀的一项重要性能参数。简要介绍了穆格公司喷嘴挡板型761-01电液伺服阀的结构和工作原理,着重从介质、结构、零偏调整方面对761-01电液伺服阀的零偏超差进行了分析,同时介绍了为保护控制系统而特别设置机械零偏的方法,阐述了人为设置-5~-3 mA机械零偏的机理。研究结果表明,在需要的时候可以人为设置、调整零偏,而在维护修理过程中则应当尽量避免产生不必要的零偏。Electro-hydraulic servo valve is a key component in hydraulic control system,and null bias is an important parameter in servo valves.The structure and working principle of MOOG’s 761-01 electro-hydraulic servo valve with nozzle flapper are briefly presented,and the excessive null bias of 761-01 electro-hydraulic servo valve is analyzed in terms of medium,structure and adjustment.At the same time,a method is proposed to protect the control system by setting the mechanical null bias,and the mechanism of setting mechanical null bias in the range of-5—-3 mA artificially is demonstrated.The research results show that the null bias can be artificially set and adjusted as required,however,unnecessary null bias should be avoided in maintenance and repair process.
