摘  要:冻融循环是高纬度、高海拔等气候寒冷地区特有的自然现象,通过改变土壤水热平衡对土壤理化性质、土壤微生物造成影响。研究土壤冻融循环可以预测土壤结构与生态的发展趋势,并为研究全球变暖背景下冻融循环与土壤团聚体、微生物的相互作用机制提供一定理论依据。本文通过查阅文献,综合分析了近年来国内外学者对冻融循环及其对土壤团聚体、微生物特性的影响等研究成果,探讨了土壤团聚体与微生物的相互作用关系,总结了冻融作用下土壤团聚体粒径分布、稳定性和孔隙结构的变化,阐述了冻融循环对土壤微生物及其群落结构的影响,并对本领域的研究方向进行了展望,旨在为研究冻融循环背景下土壤团聚体与微生物的响应提供新的思路。Freeze-thaw cycle(FTC)is a natural phenomenon in cold regions such as high latitude and altitude,which affects soil physicochemical property and soil microorganisms by changing soil water-heat balance.Research on soil freezing-thawing can predict the development trend of soil structure and ecology,and provide a theoretical basis for the interaction mechanism of freezing-thawing cycle with aggregates and microorganisms under global warming.Based on the literature review,this paper comprehensively analyzed the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on freeze-thaw cycle and its effects on soil aggregates and microbial characteristics in recent years.The interactions between soil aggregates and microorganisms were discussed,the responses of particle size distribution,stability and pore structure of aggregates under freeze-thaw were summarized,and the effects of freeze-thaw cycles on soil microorganisms and their community structure were also discussed.In the end,the research direction of this field was prospected,aiming to provide new research ideas for the response of soil aggregates and microorganisms under freeze-thaw cycles.
