摘 要:在工业X射线探伤过程中,探伤室内产生的X射线可能会对从业人员造成一定的电离辐射损伤,增加了辐射安全风险,因此是重要的辐射环境监测对象。以典型的探伤室为例,详细地介绍探伤室结构、关注点剂量控制水平、空间辐射屏蔽,以及剂量理论预测和可能造成的辐射事故类别,系统地分析探伤室的辐射影响,为探伤室辐射屏蔽设计及其辐射环境监测提供一定的参考。In the process of industrial X-ray flaw detection,the X-rays generated in the flaw detection room may cause certain ionizing radiation damage to the practitioners,increasing the radiation safety risk,and therefore is an important radiation environment monitoring object.Taking a typical flaw detection chamber as an example,the structure of the chamber,the dose control level of the point of concern,the spatial radiation shielding,as well as the dose theory prediction and the category of radiation accidents that may be caused are introduced in detail;the radiation impact of the chamber is analyzed systematically,which provides a certain reference for the design of the radiation shielding of the chamber and its radiation environment monitoring.
