摘 要:冷分解-正浮选-洗涤法生产KCl过程中,现有的浮选装置产生的泡沫仅能够对较小粒度范围的矿粒进行捕收,粒度过大或者过小的矿粒均无法随泡沫浮在矿浆表面,导致回收率较低。因此,设计一种新型的应用于冷分解-正浮选-洗涤法生产过程的KCl浮选设备。该浮选设备包括浮选柱体,浮选柱体具有容纳腔;泡沫槽,泡沫槽安装在浮选柱体的顶部;循环管路,循环管路与容纳腔相连通,循环管路包括循环驱动部和旋流部,循环驱动部设置在循环管路的入口端,旋流部设置在循环管路的出口端,并能够使流经旋流部的浮选浆料处于旋流状态;气泡发生器,气泡发生器设置在循环管路上,并能够产生纳米级气泡,处于旋流状态的浮选浆料能够与纳米级气泡发生碰撞。基于该新型设备的浮选方法及浮选系统,有望解决现有的浮选装置产生的泡沫仅能够对较小粒度范围的矿粒进行捕收和回收率较低的问题。In the process of producing KCl by Cold Decomposition-Direct Flotation-Scrubbing Method,the foam produced by the existing flotation equipment can only collect the ore particles with small particle size,and the ore particles with too large or too small particle size can not float on the pulp surface with the foam,resulting in low recovery.Therefore,a new type of KCl flotation equipment applied in Cold Decomposition-Direct Flotation-Scrubbing process is designed.The flotation equipment comprises a flotation column,which is provided with a holding cavity;a foam tank installed on the top of the flotation column;a circulating pipeline,which is connected with the accommodating cavity;and a circulating pipeline which includes a circulating driving part;and a cyclone part.The circulation driving part is arranged at the entrance end of the circulation pipe,and the swirl part is arranged at the outlet end of the circulation pipe.The flotation slurry flowing through the swirl part can be in a swirling state.The bubble generator is arranged on the circulation pipeline and can produce nanometer bubbles,and the flotation slurry in the swirling state can collide with the nanoscale bubbles.The flotation method and flotation system based on the new equipment are provided,which is expected to solve the problem that the foam produced by the existing flotation device can only collect ore particles with small particle size and low recovery.
