摘 要:通过改善水解工艺参数来提升偏钛酸的粒径表现,并优化表面处理技术,在其表面包裹一层致密均匀的膜,降低钛白粉的吸油量,提升应用性能。并采用一系列物理、化学测试方法研究晶种钛液加量对偏钛酸粒径的影响以及不同包膜工艺对吸油量和应用性能的影响。结果表明,晶种钛液加量2%,偏钛酸性能最佳;硅酸钠加量2%,偏铝酸钠加量4%,吸油量最低;选用三甲基硅醇为有机包膜剂时,钛白粉应用性能最佳。The particle size performance of metatitanic acid was improved by improving the hydrolysis process parameters,and the surface treatment technology was optimized to coat its surface with a dense and uniform film to reduce the oil absorption of titanium dioxide and improve the application performance.The effects of the amount of crystal seed titanium solution on the particle size of metatitanic acid and the effects of different coating processes on oil absorption and application properties were studied by a series of physical and chemical testing methods.The results show that the amount of crystal seed titanium liquid is 2%,the performance of metatitanic acid is the best,the amount of sodium silicate is 2%,the amount of sodium metaaluminate is 4%,and the oil absorption is the lowest.When trimethylsilanol is selected as the organic coating agent,the application performance of titanium dioxide is the best.
