摘　　要：政法工作在营造安全稳定社会环境、维护社会公平正义、保障人民群众核心利益等方面一直发挥着重要作用,虽然中央及财政不断出台利好政策,各地也在不断探索创新方法和路径,但政法经费的供需矛盾、基层政法经费紧张、办案经费迟迟不能落实等情形依旧长期存在。基于政法经费保障体制改革下,进一步研究如何提升基层政法经费保障水平这一现实问题,在深入贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想,全面落实党的路线方针政策和决策部署,推进平安安徽、法治安徽建设的今天,有着尤为重要的研究意义。Political and legal work has always played an important role in creating a safe and stable social environment,safeguarding social fairness and justice,and protecting the core interests of the people.Although the central government and the finance authorities have continuously introduced favorable policies,and local governments are constantly exploring innovative methods and paths,the problems,such as the contradiction between supply and demand for political and legal funds,the shortage of grassroots political and legal funds,and the delay in the implementation of case-handling funds,still exist for a long time.Based on the reform of the guarantee system of political and legal funds,this article studied the practical issue of how to improve the political and legal funding guarantee level at the grassroots level,which is of particularly important significance.
