摘　　要：为检验并进一步提升辽宁省兽医系统实验室检测水平,提高动物疫病监测预警能力,辽宁省农业发展服务中心动物疫病预防控制中心组织开展了2022年全省兽医系统实验室检测能力比对,全省13个市级和57个县级兽医系统实验室参加了本次能力验证比对。本次比对共设置6个检测项目,每个实验室依据检测参数参加其中4个项目,每个项目设置盲样6份。结果显示:全省兽医系统实验室的实验室正确率和样品正确率分别为75.71%(53/70)和98.63%(1657/1680),13个市级实验室正确率达100%,17个县级实验室对5个检测项目23份样品的检测结果出现较大偏差。结果表明,辽宁省大部分兽医系统实验室具备过硬的检测能力,但部分县级兽医实验室检测能力偏弱。结果提示,辽宁省亟需采取针对性措施进一步提升基层兽医实验室检测能力和管理水平,促进各级兽医系统实验室加强规范管理,确保实验室检测结果准确可靠。In order to further improve the proficiency of veterinary system laboratories in Liaoning Province as well as their capacity for animal disease monitoring and early warning,a proficiency test was organized by Animal Disease Prevention and Control Center under Liaoning Agricultural Development Service Center in 2022,covering 13 veterinary system laboratories at municipal level and 57 at county level.6 items were included,4 of which were selected by each laboratory according to testing parameters,and 6 blind samples were contained under each item.The results showed that the gross accuracy rates of laboratories and samples were 75.71%(53/70)and 98.63%(1657/1680),respectively,the accuracy rate of 13 laboratories at municipal level reached 100%,but for 17 laboratories at county level,large deviations were found in the test results of 23 samples under 5 items.In conclusion,most laboratories were with strong capacity,but some at county level were poorer.Therefore,targeted measures should be taken to further improve the proficiency and management level of laboratories at grassroots level,laboratories at all levels were recommended to improve their standardized management and to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
