摘 要:燃油供给系统故障是引起车辆怠速抖动、加速无力甚至发动机无法启动等故障现象的主要原因之一。在诊断燃油供给系统故障时,往往缺乏逻辑性和系统性分析,故障诊断效率偏低,出现遗漏故障点的现象。文中以迈腾B8L燃油供给系统为例,基于双喷射燃油供给系统的结构和工作原理,分析了喷油器、燃油泵控制单元及控制电路的常见故障,介绍了相应的故障诊断方法,为汽车检修人员解决燃油供给系统故障提供诊断思路和方法。The fault of fuel supply system is one of the main reasons that cause vehicle engine idling unstable,weak acceleration performance and even igniting failure.When diagnosing fuel supply system faults,low fault diagnosis efficiency and missing fault points are often happening due to technicians lacking of logical and systematic analysis.Taking the Magotan B8L fuel supply system as an example,based on the structure and working principle of the dual injection fuel supply system,this paper analyzes the common faults of the fuel injector,fuel pump control unit and control circuit,and introduces the corresponding fault diagnosis methods,which provides diagnostic ideas and methods for automobile maintenance technicians to solve the faults of the fuel supply system.
