摘　　要：根据产品的折叠要求,需要进行3次折叠、1次打卷,设计了一套“蛋卷式”毛巾自动折叠机,从而提高美观度、减少二次污染、提高生产效率并降低工人劳动强度。根据产品的折叠打卷要求,设计的毛巾折叠机主要分为3部分,分别为上料机构、折叠机构和打卷机构。设计了气动回路图和控制流程图,应用欧姆龙CP1H系列PLC控制毛巾折叠机能够自动控制运行。采用以PLC为核心的控制系统,通过对控制程序进行优化,实现了各机构之间有序衔接,无需人工参与。该包装机具有自动上料、折叠、打卷3种功能,并能根据设计要求,完成每小时650条的任务量。毛巾自动折叠机的设计大大提高了毛巾的折叠效率,减少了人工劳动的工作量。同时折叠后的“蛋卷式”毛巾美观小巧且便于运输,提高了产品的经济效益。According to the folding requirements of the product,it needs to be folded three times and rolled once.A set of"egg roll type"automatic towel folding machine is designed to improve the appearance,reduce secondary pollution,improve production efficiency and reduce labor intensity of workers.According to the product's folding and rolling requirements,the designed towel folding machine is mainly divided into three parts,namely the feeding mechanism,the folding mechanism and the rolling mechanism.The pneumatic circuit diagram,electric circuit diagram and control flow chart are designed,and the towel folding machine can be automatically controlled by using Omron CP1H series PLC to control the operation.According to the assembled control system with PLC as the core and the designed control program,the institutions are connected in an orderly manner without manual participation.The packaging machine can realize automatic feeding,folding and rolling,and can achieve a task volume of 650 pieces per hour according to theoretical requirements.The design of the automatic towel folding machine greatly improves the folding efficiency of towels and reduces the workload of manual labor.At the same time,the folded"egg roll"towel is beautiful,compact and easy to transport,which improves the enterprise benefit of the product.
