摘 要:为研究新型齿形链初期磨损伸长的影响因素,通过收集实验室内试验100 h后的链条发现,导板内侧出现严重的撞击磨损,且在油池中发现由于撞击磨损所产生的磨粒。为进一步研究撞击磨粒对新型齿形链的磨损影响,试验过程中采用两种不同装配框架精度的齿形链条,还原链轮轮齿撞击低装配框架精度链条导板内侧并形成磨粒的实际工况,在特定试验条件下通过3轮100 h封闭力流磨损性能试验对比。在试验前后对链条称重,以验证试验后机油中固体成分为导板撞击磨粒。通过整链及各组件磨损状态关系来证明导板内侧撞击磨粒对于新型齿形链磨损伸长的影响。In order to study the influencing factors of the initial wear elongation of a new toothed chain,the chain is found to have severe impact wear on the inner side of the guide plate after collecting the 100 h test in the laboratory,and the wear particles due to impact wear are found in the oil pool.In order to further study the impact of impact abrasive particles on the wear of a new type of toothed chain,this experimental study uses two types of toothed chains with different assembly frame accuracy,reducing the impact of sprocket teeth on the inner side of the chain guide plate with low assembly frame accuracy to form abrasive particles.Under specific test conditions,three 100 h closed force flow wear performance tests are conducted to compare the results.The chains are weighed before and after the test to verify that the solid component in the engine oil after the test is the guide plate impact abrasive particles.The impact of the impact abrasive particles inside the guide plate on the wear elongation of the new toothed chain is proved by the wear state relationship of the whole chain and each component.
