摘　　要：针对游梁式抽油机运转一段时间后出现的空抽油现象,分析了更换8极/10极电动机或改变皮带轮直径来实现低冲次抽油的弊端。以实际生产为依据,给出了一种恒功率节能多速驱动装置,与抽油机减速器配套使用,能根据井况变化进行变换挡位调速抽油,符合现代工业高效抽油的要求,在实际应用中效果良好。Aiming at the phenomenon of empty pumping after a period of operation,this paper analyzes the disadvantages of replacing the 8-pole/10-pole motor or changing the pulley diameter to achieve low-stroke pumping.Based on actual production,a constant power energy-saving multi-speed drive device is given,which is used in conjunction with the pumping machine reducer.This device can change the gear and speed regulation according to the change of well conditions,which can meet the requirements of modern industrial high-efficiency oil pumping and has good results in practical applications.
