摘  要:相比电池储能,飞轮储能具有功率密度高,瞬时功率大,响应速度快等优点,可有效缓解地铁频繁启停对母线电压的冲击。由于我国地铁直流供电网络多为1 500 V电制,两电平变换器无法用常规1 700 V电压等级器件实现安全驱动,因此,本文提出了基于NPC型三电平变换器的高速磁悬浮飞轮同步载波控制技术。首先,建立了三电平驱动系统稳态及换相动态过程的等效模型,分析了驱动电压和定子电流的数学关系;然后,提出了一种同步载波驱动技术,实现了高压、高速无刷电机的加减速控制;最后,设计了磁悬浮飞轮储能系统工程样机,测试了充放电工况下系统的工作状态。实验结果表明,本文所提方法具备快速大功率充放电功能,在充电或放电工况下三电平变换器中点电压均能够保持平衡,系统可稳定运行在额定1 500 V、40 000 r/min参数附近。Compared with battery energy storage,flywheel energy storage has the advantages of high power density,large instantaneous power and fast response speed,which can effectively alleviate the impact of frequent start-up and stop of subway on bus voltage.As the DC power supply network of Metro in China is 1500 V,the two-level converter can not be driven safely by conventional 1700 V voltage level devices.Therefore,this paper proposes a synchronous carrier control technology of high-speed maglev fly wheel based on NPC(neutral point clamped)three-level converter.Firstly,the equivalent models of steady-state and commutation dynamic process of three-level drive system were established,and the mathematical relationship between drive voltage and stator current was analyzed.Then,a synchronous carrier drive technology was proposed to realize the acceleration and deceleration control of high-voltage and high-speed brushless motor.Finally,an engineering prototype of the magnetic suspension flywheel energy storage system was designed,and the working state of the system under the charging and discharging conditions was tested.The experimental results show that the proposed method has the function of fast highpower charging and discharging,and the neutral point voltage of the three-level converter can keep balance at all times under the charging and discharging conditions.The system can operate stably the rated parameters are about 1500 V and 40000 r/min.
