麻城黑猪主要生产性能的观测

摘　　要：对湖北省麻城市木子店麻城黑猪核心养殖区的麻城黑猪外貌特征、生长性能、屠宰性能和繁殖性能进行观测。结果发现:在生长性能上,麻城黑猪6月龄前母猪增重速度一般比公猪快,6月龄后母猪增重速度比公猪慢;在屠宰性能上,麻城黑猪胴体重平均值为71.1 kg,屠宰率为70.37%,胴体瘦肉率为51.27%,麻城黑猪胴体重稍高于湖北部分地方猪品种,瘦肉率明显高于湖北部分地方猪品种,屠宰率略低于湖北其他地方猪品种;在繁殖性能上,麻城黑猪的初情期为90~110 d,适配月龄为7~8月龄,产仔数为13.50头,麻城黑猪的初情期和适配月龄较湖北部分地方猪品种早,产仔数多。因此,麻城黑猪的选育工作应在稳定发挥瘦肉率高、繁殖性能好优势的同时,加强选种选配,进一步提高麻城黑猪屠宰率。In the core breeding area of Macheng black pig in Muzidian,Macheng city,Hubei province,the physical characteristics,growth performance,slaughter performance and reproductive performance of Macheng black pig were observed.The results showedthat in terms of growth performance,the weight gain rate of sows before 6 months of age was generally faster than boars,and theweight gain rate of sows after 6 months of age was slower than boars.In terms of slaughter performance,the average carcass weight of Macheng black pigs was 71.1 kg,the slaughter rate was 70.37%,and the carcass lean meat rate was 51.27%.Compared with some lo-cal breeds in Hubei,the carcass weight of Macheng black pigs was slightly higher than that of some local breeds in Hubei,the leanmeat rate was significantly higher,and the slaughter rate was slighty lower than that of other breeds in Hubei.In terms of reproductive performance,the initial estrus period of Macheng black pigs was 90 to 110 days,the suitable month age was 7 to 8 months,and the lit-ter size was 13.50.The initial estrus period and suitable month age of Macheng black pigs were earlier than those of some local breedsin Hubei Province,and the liter size was higher.Therefore,the breeding work of Macheng black pigs should play the advantages ofhigh lean meat rate and good reproductive performance steadily,and strengthen the selection and selection to further improve the slaughter rate of Macheng black pigs.
