摘  要:随着新能源风电、光伏大量并网,传统发电厂的发电总量下降,一次调频能力受限,电网面临网络损耗、电能质量、负荷过载等多方面问题。目前应用在各级电网调控中心的自动电压控制系统(AVC),无法实现对电网的运行方式实时在线计算,为此提出一种基于新型电力系统运行模式下的智能优化控制系统(VAC)。该系统可读取电网实时数据,对实时数据处理后,通过电网潮流计算在线快速得到变压器和线路损耗,实现最优控制。With a large number of new energy wind power and PV connected to the grid,the total power generation of traditional power plants has decreased,and the primary frequency modulation capacity is limited.The power grid will face network loss,power quality,load overload and other problems.At present,the automatic voltage control system(AVC)applied in the power grid control centers at all levels cannot realize the real-time online calculation of the operation mode of the power grid.It presents an intelligent optimal control system(VAC)based on the new power system operation mode.The system can read the real-time data of the power grid in real time.After the real-time data is processed,the transformer and line losses can be calculated by online fast power flow to achieve optimal control.
