摘  要:对于开式循环和半开式循环氢冷发电机密封油系统,在汽轮机发生事故时,开式循环密封油系统更易出现发电机内部氢气外漏、汽轮机房爆炸等事故。提高开式循环密封油系统安全性,需要对密封油系统进行改进,提高密封油储油量,减少排氢和气体置换时间,在密封油系统储油耗尽前完成发电机气体置换,尽量避免发生事故,同时为出现类似情况的电力企业提供参考。For the seal oil system of open cycle and the half open cycle hydrogen cooled generator,in case of turbine accident,the seal oil system of open cycle is more likely to be affected,resulting in expansion accidents such as hydrogen leakage inside the generator,explosion of the turbine room,etc.The safety of the open circulation seal oil system needs to improve the seal oil system,improve the oil storage capacity of the seal oil,reduce the time of discharging hydrogen and gas replacement,and complete the gas replacement of the generator before the oil storage of the seal oil system being exhausted to avoid the expansion of accidents.At the same time,it provides reference for the power enterprise in similar situation.
