摘 要:通过对某横梁进行静、动态特性分析,找出横梁的薄弱位置,以横梁的柔度最小为目标函数,运用变密度法对其进行拓扑优化,确定去除材料。通过对4种不同结构筋板的静态性能和动态性能进行比较,确定了井字型结构性能最优。优化结果表明,改进后横梁的质量减少2 508 kg,位移变形量减小16.29%,1~3阶模态的固有频率分别提高了7.40%, 7.72%, 12.32%,为龙门加工中心横梁的结构设计提供了一定的理论依据。By analyzing the static and dynamic properties of a crossbeam,the weak points of the crossbeam are identified according to the analysis results,and the topology is optimized by using the variable density method with the minimum flexibility of the crossbeam as the objective function,and the removal materials are determined.By comparing the static and dynamic performance of four different structures of the tendon plate,the best performance of the tic-tac-toe structure was finally determined.The optimization results show that the mass of the improved beam is reduced by 2508 kg,the displacement deformation is reduced by 16.29%,and the inherent frequencies of the 1st to 3rd order modes are increased by 7.40%,7.72%and 12.32%respectively,which provides some theoretical basis for the structural design of the gantry machining center crossbeam.
