摘 要:为比较丹顶鹤卵壳孵化前后超微结构与元素质量浓度差异性,利用扫描电子显微镜观察卵壳超微结构,采用电感偶合等离子体光谱仪检测卵壳化学元素,对孵化前(对照组,n=8)后(实验组,n=12)2组卵壳进行比较。孵化前后卵壳表面晶体层、栅栏锥体层和壳膜层超微结构均有明显差异,孵化后卵壳厚度小于孵化前(P﹤0.05);孵化后卵壳中有8种元素质量浓度(8/23)比孵化前卵壳显著减少(P﹤0.05)。结果表明,幼鸟在其卵壳内胚胎发育过程中,需要消耗卵壳中部分元素构成骨骼等器官组织,卵壳结构与功能随之发生相应变化。In order to compare the ultrastructure and element content of two groups red-crowned crane eggshells before hatching(n=8)and after hatching(n=12)were compared.The ultrastructure was observed by scanning electron microscope and the element content was detected by inductively paired plasma spectrometer.The results showed that the ultrastructure of surface layer of crystals,palisade cone layer and eggshell membrane were significantly different before and after hatching,the thickness of eggshell after hatching was less than that before hatching(P<0.05),and the contents of 8 elements(8/23)after hatching were significantly reduced than before hatching(P<0.05).In conclusion,during embryonic development,some elements in the eggshell were consumed to form organs such as bones,the structure and function of eggshell changed accordingly.
