摘  要:针对铝合金结构健康监测问题,提出了基于联合机械阻抗来提高压电传感器的检测范围。建立相应试验装置,验证压电导纳中提取的联合机械阻抗在铝合金损伤检测中的有效性,探究压电传感器的有效监测范围。试验结果表明:联合机械阻抗能有效检测铝合金的损伤。对比不同位置工况,基于联合机械阻抗实部的压电传感器检测范围比直接采用导纳实部的有效检测范围更广。Aiming at the health monitoring of aluminum alloy structure,it is proposed to improve the detection range of piezoelectric sensors based on combined mechanical impedance.In this paper,the corresponding experimental device is established,the effectiveness of the combined mechanical impedance extracted from the piezoelectric admittance in aluminum alloy damage detection is verified by experiments,and the effective monitoring range of piezoelectric sensors are explored.Experiments show that the combined mechanical impedance can effectively detect the damage of aluminum alloy.Compared with different position conditions,the detection range of piezoelectric sensor based on the combined mechanical impedance real part is wider than the effective detection range of direct admittance real part.
