摘 要:伴随着我国火力发电产业的快速发展,与其紧密相关的仪器原煤仓旋转清堵装置的使用率也更加频繁。某公司原煤仓内刮壁式清堵装置由于刮刀断裂不能正常运行,为防止该类事件的再次发生,对断裂的刮刀进行现场勘验、化学成分分析、力学试验、金相检验以及电镜扫描,发现1Cr13代替SCMnH11时强度不足,是导致刮刀断裂的主要原因。With the rapid development of China's thermal power generation industry,the utilization rate of the original coal bin rotating clogging device closely related to it is also more frequent.The wall scraping clogging removal device in the original coal bunker of a company can not run normally because of the scraper fracture.In order to prevent this kind of event from happening again,Field inspection,chemical composition analysis,mechanical test,metallographic inspection and electron microscope scanning of the broken scraper were carried out.It was found that the insufficient strength of 1Cr13 instead of SCMnH11 was the main cause of the fracture of the scraper.
