摘  要:为研究粉煤灰掺量及纤维体积分数对ECC基本力学性能及断裂性能的影响,对不同粉煤灰掺入量和纤维体积分数的ECC进行了抗压强度和拉伸性能试验,并基于DIC进行了抗折和断裂性能试验。结果表明:大量粉煤灰的掺入提高了ECC的断裂韧性,但其各项强度及断裂能均有所下降;当掺入的纤维体积分数在1%~2%时,可以有效提高ECC的强度和断裂性能,增加拉伸应变的同时保证试件的完整性。当水泥与粉煤灰比例为1.2,纤维体积分数为2%时,在使ECC保持较高强度的同时还可以较大幅度改善一般混凝土所具有的“脆性”,使其具备较好的抗变形能力。In order to study the effects of fly ash content and fiber volume fraction on the basic mechanical properties and fracture properties of ECC,the compressive strength test and tensile performance test of ECC with different fly ash incorporation amount and fiber volume fraction are carried out,and the flexural and breaking performance tests were carried out based on DIC.The results show that the incorporation of a large amount of fly ash improves the fracture toughness of ECC,but its strength and fracture energy decrease.When the fiber volume fraction is 1%~2%,the strength and fracture performance of ECC can be effectively improved,and the tensile strain can be increased while ensuring the integrity of the specimen.When the ratio of cement to fly ash is 1.2 and the fiber volume fraction is 2%,the"brittleness"of general concrete can be greatly improved while maintaining high strength of ECC,so that it has better deformation resistance.
