甘肃省新建地方本科院校财务管理问题探析

摘　　要：伴随高等教育改革向纵深发展,新建地方本科院校担负着服务区域经济发展,推动区域经济产业升级,为区域经济发展输送高层次人才的重要任务。欠发达地方政府财政能力有限,很难为新建地方本科院校提供充足的经费支持。新建地方本科院校资金正处在内涵发展的特殊阶段,如何适应新形势和新发展的要求,探索并提升学校财务管理的思路和方法显得尤为迫切和重要。分析甘肃省新建地方本科院校发展中财务管理面临的主要问题及其原因,提出相应的对策和建议,以期促进学校内涵建设,提高高等教育服务社会经济发展的能力。With the deepening development of higher education reform,newly established local universities are responsible for serving regional economic development,promoting regional economic industry upgrading,and transporting high-level talents for regional economic development.Underdeveloped local governments have limited financial capacity,making it difficult to provide sufficient funding support for newly established local universities.The funds for newly established local universities are currently in a special stage of connotation development.It is particularly urgent to explore and improve the ideas and methods of school financial management to adapt to the new situation and requirements of new development.Analyze the main problems and reasons faced by financial management in the development of newly established local universities in Gansu Province,and propose corresponding strategies and suggestions to promote the connotation construction of the school as well as improve the ability of higher education to serve social and economic development.
