摘　　要：我国近年来大力推进城镇化进程,大城市的扩张带动了许多周边城市和乡镇的发展。燕郊作为一个典型案例,住宅形态变化具有发展周期短、样本集中、类型丰富等特点。本文以河北省三河市燕郊镇燕顺路为地理范围,研究燕郊进京主干道燕顺路上的住宅类型演变。由于城镇化的高速发展对周边乡镇地区的“侵蚀”,使得乡镇住宅建筑形态在短期内发生巨变。因此本文从燕顺路沿线的商品住宅和社区信息梳理入手,分析不同时间段下住宅的类型演变,从宏观数据到微观的住宅分析,以期探索新城镇化语境下中心城市周边乡镇住宅演变规律。In recent years,China has vigorously promoted the urbanization process,and the expansion of big cities has pushed the development of many surrounding cities and towns.Yanjiao,as a typical case,its characteristics are short development cycle,concentrated samples and ample types.Taking Yanshun Road,Yanjiao Town,Sanhe City,Hebei Province as the geographical field,this paper studies the evolution of the residential types on Yanshun Road,the main road of Yanjiao to Beijing.As the rapid development of urbanization has brought about'erosion'of the surrounding villages and towns,the residential building forms in town of have changed dramatically in a short period of time.Yanshun Road,one of the main roads from Yanjiao to Beijing,is adjacent to Beijing,leading to its early development,where large amounts of commercial housings and their differentiation are obvious in a short period of times.Therefore,this paper starts from the information sorting of commercial housing and community along Yanshun Road,analyzing the evolution of housing types in different periods,from macro data to micro housing analysis.The paper tries to find out the evolution laws of rural housing around central cities in the context of new urbanization.
